- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the Kumbhvani channel of All India Radio in Prayagraj to share updates and spread the spirit of Mahakumbh 2025 to remote areas.
- This channel will broadcast cultural and programme related information through live broadcast of Prasar Bharati.
- Kumbh Mangal Dhun was also launched during the event, emphasizing the Maha Kumbh’s message of unity beyond caste and creed.

- उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने प्रयागराज में आकाशवाणी के कुंभवाणी चैनल का शुभारंभ किया, ताकि अपडेट साझा किया जा सके और महाकुंभ 2025 की भावना को दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों तक पहुंचाया जा सके।
- यह चैनल प्रसार भारती के लाइव प्रसारण के माध्यम से सांस्कृतिक और कार्यक्रम संबंधी जानकारी प्रसारित करेगा।
- कार्यक्रम के दौरान कुंभ मंगल धुन का भी शुभारंभ किया गया, जिसमें जाति और पंथ से परे एकता के महाकुंभ के संदेश पर जोर दिया गया।

- According to the European Union’s Copernicus Climate Change Service, scientists have confirmed that 2024 will be the first year when global temperatures rise by more than 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, with the average temperature reaching 1.6°C.
- The impacts of climate change have been severe, with wildfires, floods and heat waves affecting countries such as the United States, Bolivia, Nepal and Saudi Arabia.

- Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla announced that India will host the 28th Conference of Speakers and Presiding Officers of Parliaments (CSPOC) in 2026, with a focus on AI and social media in parliamentary processes.
- This conference will showcase India’s cultural heritage, traditions and inclusive governance.
- India is hosting CSPOC for the fourth time. Earlier this conference was held in 1970-71, 1986 and 2010.

- The Advisory Board includes notable personalities such as retired RBI Deputy Governors and former UIDAI CEOs.

Telangana police launches citizen feedback system
- Telangana Police launched QR code based citizen feedback system to enhance public satisfaction, transparency and accountability in police services.
- Feedback on services like FIR registration, traffic e-challan, petition and passport verification is collected through QR code and a dedicated call centre.
- This initiative is publicised through posters in police stations and is managed by COE-CID.

- तेलंगाना पुलिस ने पुलिस सेवाओं में जनता की संतुष्टि, पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही बढ़ाने के लिए QR कोड आधारित नागरिक फीडबैक प्रणाली शुरू की।
- QR कोड और एक समर्पित कॉल सेंटर के माध्यम से FIR पंजीकरण, ट्रैफिक ई-चालान, याचिका और पासपोर्ट सत्यापन जैसी सेवाओं पर फीडबैक एकत्र किया जाता है।
- इस पहल का प्रचार-प्रसार पुलिस थानों में पोस्टरों के माध्यम से किया जाता है तथा इसका प्रबंधन COE-CID द्वारा किया जाता है।
